ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

All Brain Wave products are made to order. Once you place your order it takes 3-7 business days to print and ship. US orders typically arrive within 7-14 days total. International orders take 14-21 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you don't see it within 10 business days, check your spam folder or email us at hello@wearbrainwave.com.

My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

If your order is more than 21 days past the estimated delivery date, email us at hello@wearbrainwave.com and we will sort it out right away.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free shipping on all US orders over $35.

 

PRODUCTS

What brand are the shirts printed on?

Tees are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 - 4.2 oz Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Hoodies are Gildan 18500. Both are premium blanks chosen for softness and long-lasting print quality.

How do the sizes run?

The tees and hoodies have a unisex retail fit and run true to size. If you want an oversized look, size up one. A full size chart is included in every product photo.

Will the print crack or fade?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing which produces soft, vibrant, long-lasting prints. Wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly on the print.

Can I get personalized text added to my order?

Yes. Enable personalization at checkout and leave your note in the custom text field. We will confirm the exact text with you before printing. Perfect for gifts.

Do you have plus sizes?

Yes - most products go up to 3XL. Check each product listing for available sizes.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size changes or design preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you - no questions asked. Email hello@wearbrainwave.com with your order number and a photo.

I ordered the wrong size - can I exchange it?

We cannot exchange made-to-order sizes. Please check the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Yes. Brain Wave was started by someone with ADHD who couldn't find apparel that spoke their language. Every design comes from lived experience.

Where are your products made?

All products are printed on demand in the United States.
