Refund and Returns Policy

OUR POLICY

Because every Brain Wave product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Color or design preference changes after ordering
  • Change of mind

WHAT WE DO COVER

We offer a full refund or free replacement for:

Items that arrive damaged or defective

Items with a visible print quality issue

Wrong item sent (different design, size, or color than ordered)

Items that do not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with no tracking update

We stand behind every product we send. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Email us at hello@wearbrainwave.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo showing the issue
  3. Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund

We respond within 24 hours and resolve all issues within 5 business days.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We have no control over your bank's processing time.

 

PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Items with custom or personalized text cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review all custom text carefully before submitting your order. We will always confirm custom text with you before printing.
