- New Outer Shop's product can be returned to receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your item as long as it qualifies per our refund policy below
- New Outer Shop, product can be replaced within 30 days if the products break down in the period of proper use. We ask that you please send us a photo or video of your item.
Returns will not be accepted without an approval number from our customer service team. You must contact us first.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. All items must be marked delivered to Weston Store within 30 days of you receiving the item. There are no exceptions. Once your return has been approved, you must ship your items within 7 days of approval or before the 30 day period is up. If we receive your item more than 30 days after your item was delivered, your return will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it . The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in sellable condition. We have the right to refuse any returns.
- Items must be unworn, unused , unopened and unwashed with tags on in original boxes
- Items must be returned in salable condition. Items returned with pet hair, smelling of smoke or heavy perfume/cologne, dirty, etc will not be refunded.
We have the right to refuse any returns that we receive that violate our return policy
If you would like to return your item and it is defective, we ask that you please contact us and send us a photo / video of your item. We will happily process a replacement if your item is defective or not working within 30 days of you receiving the item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not pay for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-10 business days.
If you do not hear from us and your item is delivered, please contact us at support@westonstore.com
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-10 business days. Please contact us at support@westonstore.com if you do not receive this.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need an exchange, please contact our support team. We will provide you a voucher upon receiving your return. Please keep in mind that our exchange policy is the same as our return policy.
Please contact our customer support reps to obtain the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tracking must be provided to us within and item must be shipped 7 days of refund approval.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
