PROCESSING TIME
All Brain Wave products are made to order. Once you place your order, it takes 3-7 business days to produce, quality check, and pack your item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left the facility.
SHIPPING TIMES
United States: 7-14 business days from order date
Canada: 10-20 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 10-20 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 14-21 business days
Rest of world: 14-28 business days
These are estimates based on normal carrier operations. Delays can occur during peak seasons (October, and November through December holidays) or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES
US orders $35 and over: Free standard shipping
US orders under $35: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
International orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@wearbrainwave.com.
LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no movement, please email us at hello@wearbrainwave.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are outside our control.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email hello@wearbrainwave.com as quickly as possible - we will do our best to correct it before your item goes to print.
